He also worked on audits of numerous employee benefit plans, higher educational institutions and not-for-profit entities. Mr. Capobianco also worked as a senior manager with Grant Thornton LLP in its financial services audit practice, serving audit clients, including depository institutions, subprime mortgage and auto lenders and student loan finance companies. Michael Sisk has more than 25 years in the Financial Services industry. Mr. Sisk’s experience ranges from smaller community banks to $8 billion publicly traded financial institutions as well as several years at a broker dealer in the Los Angeles area.
